Roosevelt Park is right around the corner- good for hanging out, walking dog, tennis, etc. (3 minute walk). Church Street Marketplace: Is a quick bike ride or five minute drive. Many great restaurants and shops - too many to name. Breakfast: Nunyuns Bakery Penny Cluse August First Skinny Pancake Lunch: The shopping bag (voted best burger) it is greasy!
