My family and I loved staying at Errin's place! It was so clean and cozy and was perfect for my kids! Errin and Sam communicate so thoroughly and quickly that I never had to worry about anything! When I had a question, someone was responding within the hour! The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is very open and spacious! I have family in Burlington, so l am sure I'll be back to stay here!

Had a nice, relaxing stay. Felt very comfortable and at home. Clean and had everything you’d need. Walkable or 3 min drive to downtown/ Church St. Sam and Errin gave great instructions and places to go and eat, etc. super helpful before getting there. Would highly recommend staying!

The apartment is listed as a "sanctuary" and that fit the bill for us. We're very familiar with Burlington, and loved the location of Sam's place: walkable to Church Street, the waterfront, many restaurants, etc. Sam and Co-host, Errin, were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Off street parking was very much appreciated. We'd come back in a minute. Thanks so much!

Sam was a terrific host! My dog and I enjoyed a peaceful stay, so much so that we continued to extend our visit! I highly recommend this cozy spot in the Old North End of Burlington.

Sam’s place was incredible for my stay. Such a close proximity to downtown Burlington and easy to get on the road to head south. The place was enormous for me as a solo traveler. Had everything i needed and all of the appliances were brand new.

What a gem! Excellent location. Close to everything, yet private and great for walking the dog. Cute neighborhood. Beautiful space - modern, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. We are picky about beds and loved the bed! Our dog loved it there. We liked being able to park right outside the front door and walk right into first floor unit. Hosts had great recommendations and were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a great time here! Place was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of little commodities that you wouldn't think of but are very useful. I'll definentley consider this place again for my next trip to Burlington!

This is a great little apartment. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s within walking distance to church street and the waterfront and I appreciated the off street parking spot. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place. The studio apartment is really comfortable. It’s in a great location for walking to places in Burlington (e.g., lake, Church Street, restaurants). The off-street parking was helpful. Sam was an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again.
