Very easy check-in and check-out. The space itself is cozy and well cared for. Location is great for access to downtown as well as the surrounding area for hiking, skiing, and all sorts of other activities. Errin is an excellent host who reached out early and often, helping answer questions before we even asked them.

We stayed for a month to help out with our new grandson. Sam was so welcoming and his dog, mojo, is the sweetest!
The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly want and is really well laid out and maintained. Even a fantastic mud room with washer and dryer. This is a must have when in Vermont!
We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Burlington! Greatly appreciated how accommodating our hosts were especially with our 5 month old baby. They offered a crib but we used our own and we appreciated the bat dish soap they left us anyways. We loved how close the house was to downtown too. Would definitely stay again!

Had an awesome stay at Sam and Errin's place while in town for a ski weekend.
Location is great--right by everything going on in Winooski and a very short drive to get around Burlington and the surrounding area. The space is thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need to be comfy. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub!
Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the Burlington/Winooski area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The unit was really nice, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with new appliances, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the downtown Burlington walking district, so it’s close to everything, yet tucked away off the street in a private, quiet spot.
The owners were incredibly responsive and available by both email and phone whenever we had a question, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great location, Only a few minutes away from downtown with lots of shops. The bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean. It was great having an assigned parking space, you don’t have to worry about someone taking your spot. Felt very safe and the hosts are really kind. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

The living room was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and the off street parking was great. The heaters worked well and there were plenty of towels. They were very communicative.

My family and I loved staying at Errin's place! It was so clean and cozy and was perfect for my kids! Errin and Sam communicate so thoroughly and quickly that I never had to worry about anything! When I had a question, someone was responding within the hour!
The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is very open and spacious!
I have family in Burlington, so l am sure I'll be back to stay here!

Had a nice, relaxing stay. Felt very comfortable and at home. Clean and had everything you’d need. Walkable or 3 min drive to downtown/ Church St.
Sam and Errin gave great instructions and places to go and eat, etc. super helpful before getting there.
Would highly recommend staying!

The apartment is listed as a "sanctuary" and that fit the bill for us. We're very familiar with Burlington, and loved the location of Sam's place: walkable to Church Street, the waterfront, many restaurants, etc. Sam and Co-host, Errin, were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Off street parking was very much appreciated. We'd come back in a minute. Thanks so much!
