What a gem! Excellent location. Close to everything, yet private and great for walking the dog. Cute neighborhood. Beautiful space - modern, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. We are picky about beds and loved the bed! Our dog loved it there. We liked being able to park right outside the front door and walk right into first floor unit. Hosts had great recommendations and were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a great time here! Place was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of little commodities that you wouldn't think of but are very useful. I'll definentley consider this place again for my next trip to Burlington!

This is a great little apartment. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s within walking distance to church street and the waterfront and I appreciated the off street parking spot. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place. The studio apartment is really comfortable. It’s in a great location for walking to places in Burlington (e.g., lake, Church Street, restaurants). The off-street parking was helpful. Sam was an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again.

Private, quiet, and cozy. Located nearby Lake Champlain and the downtown restaurants and shops, is a great location. The loft has a huge TV that made our visit even better to watch movies to relax and also has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Burlington. Close to restaurants and Jake’s Market. We brought our dogs so the fenced yard was convenient and there were lots of local hikes and great places to walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's place. The location is perfect and easy and was super close to everything we needed. It's comfortable and nicely decorated and everything you need is there. There is a little bit of a moth balls smell when you walk in, but it wasn't enough to be disturbing or get in your clothes. We would definitely come back and stay here!

My girlfriend, our golden retriever and I had a great stay at Sam and Errins!! Parking was private and we always felt safe. The space was comfortable and clean. Great location in the north end - walkable to everything in town and the water. Would definitely stay here again and we were so grateful for the recommendations they left us! I had been to Burlington a few times before and they still had recommendations of food I hadn’t tried or walks we hadn’t yet been on!

Our stay was perfect! Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow. Unit was clean and appliances were new. In a great location just a short walk to Church st and all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!
